FinalForms Athletic Registration Is Now Open

Dear Lummi Nation School Families,
Athletic registration is now open through FinalForms! Families can begin registering students for Lummi Nation School sports today.

FinalForms is an online system that makes completing and signing athletic forms easier. It securely saves your information from season to season and year to year, so you won’t have to enter the same information each time your student participates in a sport. Families can also log in anytime to review or update their information.

Important: Students cannot participate in practices, games, or other team activities until their FinalForms profile is complete and all required forms, documents, and signatures have been submitted.

To get started:

1. Visit lummihigh-wa.finalforms.com.
2. Create your parent or guardian account.
3. Add your student and select the sport or sports they plan to participate in.
4. Complete and sign all required forms and submit any requested documents.
